Shipping
Subscriptions and bean orders are fulfilled within three days of the order date. Beans are shipped the day of roasting.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Return policy
We are unable to accept returns on beans. Merchandise and apparel are final sale.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right!
